I have completed the Vascular Improvement Program in the past and I want to join a group exercise class:

Keep on Moving designated fitness classes meet a list of criteria that have been developed by the exercise staff of the Vascular Improvement Program. The goal is to provide a safer environment for exercise and encourage participants to self-monitor their unique symptoms to increase the safety of exercise.

I have tried fitness classes in the past and they all seem too hard for me?

Keep on Moving classes provide many intensity measuring options to allow each participant to work at her/his own pace. By adjusting the class to work for you, you can be confident that exercise will be appropriate for your current fitness level.

I don’t have any health concerns, can I still take a Keep on Moving exercise class?

Yes! Keep On Moving programs are designed to provide a class appropriate for all fitness levels.
